NotesThis article, which comprises a whole issue of the Ore Bin, deals with the 1972-1973 severe erosion of the Salishan development on the Siletz Spit. β€œThe purposes of this report are to document the erosion to Siletz Spit and to explain its causes.” (p.119) The report is accompanied by numerous maps and (rather amazing) black-and-white photographs documenting the erosion and the forces driving it.
